On 5th June it was a privilege for the Morgan Challenge Series to race on the Silverstone Historic Grand Prix Circuit.
After qualifying in near perfect conditions, Tim, in the New Elms Class C Plus 8, found himself claiming his 7th straight Class Pole of the season. This was followed by a 30 minute race and another Class win.
At the halfway point in the season this puts us on equal points at the head of the championship with Elliot Paterson (Class B) from Scotland. Sadly Henry Williams had to drop out of the contest with engine failure in his Class D 4/4.
The next two races are in North Wales on the Anglesey Coastal Circuit.
